Decaffeinated with a clean and chemical-free Swiss Water Process, this organic Fairtrade coffee from Timor offers low acidity with notes of baker’s chocolate, cedar and cream. The coffee from East Timor was originally planted over 400 years ago by Portuguese colonists. However, after an epidemic of coffee leaf rust, the replanting of plants occurred and led to the creation of a new coffee varietal of Hibrido de Timor.

Northern Sumatra produces the most famous coffees from Indonesia. These are produced using the unique wet-hulled method often referred to as “semi- washed,” which is something of a hybrid between the natural (dry) and washed methods. Our Sumatra Swiss Water Decaf Coffee is Fair Trade Organic, processed by a completely chemical-free decaffeination method to retain the best flavors and body.
