Colombia Mixed Mocha

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 capsule of Colombia Single Origin
  • 1 1/4 cups 2% milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white chocolate flavored syrup
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 tablespoon whipped cream & caramel sauce (optional)

Directions:

  1.  Pour milk into a steaming pitcher and heat to 145 degrees F to 165 degrees F using the steaming wand
  2.  Measure the white chocolate and chocolate syrup into a large coffee mug
  3.  Brew espresso, then add to mug
  4.  Pour the steamed milk into the mug, using a spoon to hold back the foam
  5. Top with whipped cream and serve

Ethiopian White Chocolate Mocha

Ingredients:

  • 1 capsule of Ethiopia Single Origin
  • 1 1/4 cups 2% milk
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened whipped cream (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate flavored syrup

Directions:

  1.  Pour milk into a steaming pitcher and heat to 145 degrees F to 165 degrees F using the steaming wand
  2.  Measure the white chocolate syrup into a large coffee mug
  3.  Brew espresso, then add to mug
  4.  Pour the steamed milk into the mug, using a spoon to hold back the foam
  5. Top with whipped cream and serve

Cuba Mia Honey Coffee

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of Cuba Mia
  • 1/2 Cup of Milk
  • 1/4 Cup of Honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Dash ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  1.  Brew two cups of Cuba Mia
  2.  In a small saucepan combine the coffee, milk, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg
  3.  Cook and stir until heated through (do not boil)
  4.  Remove from heat, stir in vanilla
  5. 5. Pour into cups or mugs and enjoy

White Rhino Float

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • Chocolate Sprinkles
  • Organic Syrup
  • 1-2 oz of White Rhino
  • Coffee Liquor
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Rootbeer 

  Directions:

  • Pull White Rhino Shot
  • Pour one once of coffee liquor into a shot glass
  • Rim a clear glass with syrup
  • Rim the glass with chocolate shavings or sprinkles
  • Plac on or two scoops of vanilla Ice Cream in the cup
  • Pour coffee liquor on top
  • Pour your cooled shot of White Rhino
  • Top with Root Beer (optional)

Organic Coffee Martini

Coffee and Vodka meet in a martini sure to get your party started.

Yield:  Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 3  shots (4 ounces) of White Rhino Espresso Signature Blend
  • 4 ounces of organic half and half
  • 4 ounces of organic Vodka
  • 1 tablespoon of organic sugar
  • Ice

Special Equipments: cocktail shaker

Directions:

  • Combine 4 oz. shot of Espresso with 1 tablespoon of sugar in a cocktail shaker and stir until sugar has dissolved.
  • Add vodka and cream to cocktail shaker. Fill with ice. Shake until condensation forms on the shaker.
  • Strain into chilled martini glass and serve immediately.
