Shipping Policy


Artizan Coffee is pleased to offer free standard shipping on domestic orders of $50+ in the United States and free shipping on orders of $100+ in Canada plus free worldwide shipping on orders over $200 USD.

Please note that It may take 1-2 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. 

Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

¹Artizan Coffee is NOT able to ship to the following countries: Ukraine, India, Qatar, Pakistan, and most countries in Africa. We have stopped shipping to these countries due to the large number of lost packages. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

NOTE: We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact  UPS (1-800-742-5877). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times, thus please choose Express Options at your own discretion. 

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) in order to investigate this issue. 


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order.

If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at  or better yet call us at 800-280-2698 as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

If it's too late for our customer care team to cancel your order, the only option is to wait and see if your package is returned back to us. In the event that your package is return to us we you have two options:

  1. Request that your package be delivered to the correct address. You will need to pay for the cost of shipping your package again.

  2. Request a refund. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Note: If you received free shipping with your order it means that we paid for 100% of the shipping fees and that cost will be deducted from your refund.


International customers (outside of United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries as listed above. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes.
